- According to the laws in your country it is legal for you to view, purchase and receive products from this website.
- You are responsible for local customs and importation regulations.
- Coyote-fly.com cannot be held liable for shipment seized by customs.
- Coyote-fly.com cannot be held liable for actions, damages in any way as a result of improper, proper or unlawful use of its products.
- Coyote-fly.com cannot legally guarantee the germination of the plants or seeds we sell.
- Coyote-fly.com will not replace grow sets or seeds that were damaged or did not germinate due to improper handling by inexperienced growers.
- Coyote-fly.com will replace products that arrived damaged.
- Coyote-fly.com does not give refunds. Instead, we provide you with a coupon to use on a future order or we will reship the order.
- Coyote-fly.com is not responsible for orders that are destroyed or seized by customs. Customs services sometimes decide to open orders and destroy cannabis seeds in the process.
- Coyote-fly.com is not responsible for orders that get lost by postal services during transit.
